Something's Blooming...

And I'm so excited to share it with you!

Hi! I'm Ann!

I'm so glad you're here. I’m a teacher, a mother, and a passionate advocate for the "wildflowers" among us.

I always felt different. But I could never quite put my finger on how or why. I always managed, sure, but things just felt so hard.

Then, when I was pregnant with my first child, things just felt completely unmanageable. I was overwhelmed and overstimulated and desperate to understand why I could excel at my job one day, and struggle to manage the simplest tasks the next.

When I was finally diagnosed with ADHD, it all made sense. I felt vindicated. For the first time, I could understand my brain and work with it, not against it. The years since my diagnosis have been an amazing journey. After so long carrying guilt and shame, I look at myself with compassion and understanding.

Now, I’m planting something new.

I am currently finalizing my professional ADHD Coaching qualification to bring that same advocacy to late-diagnosed women and fellow teachers.

Why Wildflower Coaching?

I’ve always loved wildflowers. They don’t grow in neat rows or within forced boundaries. They grow at their own pace, often in the most unlikely places, yet they are essential to a balanced ecosystem.
Just like a wildflower, you don’t need to be "pruned" to fit in—you need the right environment to thrive.

What’s next?

Wildflower Coaching is coming soon! I’ll be offering:

  • 1:1 Coaching for women navigating a late diagnosis.

  • Workshops for Teachers to create neuro-inclusive classrooms without the burnout.

  • Support for Mums who are balancing their own ADHD while raising neurodivergent kids

Let’s Grow Together

I’m currently busy with my final exams and preparing my signature coaching programmes. If you want to be the first to know when I open my diary for clients (and receive a special introductory offer!), join the waitlist below.
